Aggressive blacks like in this video scared the hell out of me in '94. I didn’t know Ice Cube would spend his future making kids’ movies and Miller Lite commercials. I hope he’s giving back to his community in a big way.

Ice Cube: It Was a Good Day
This song was one of the jams that helped push me toward hip hop as a genre I was interested in exploring more. In 2004. Did it helped I was living close, yet a geographically safe distance from South Central? I got a late start.
