Powerman 5000: Automatic
I was uhhhh engaging in feats of strength with my girlfriend the other day and usually I’ll be a lot more deliberate about what's playing (if anything even at all) but she engaged me in the feats of strength before I had a chance to fix what was playing. When this song came on I froze up at first, realzing it wasn't appropriate for the mood lighting I use for feats of strength, but she was like “Is this Powerman 5000? I used to listen to them all the time when I was in high school!”

WINNING, that's what I say. It's possible that "winning" as a phrase is over, but I still like it so I'm going to hold on to it past its appropriate age. In other news, thanks for reminding me that Powerman exists. My running mixes really appreciate it.
