Lightning Bolt: The Sublime Freak

So one time I had a girlfriend and none of her friends at all seemed to like me even a bit. Probably because I came from the suburbs and didn't ride a motorcycle and didn't have a stupid moustache and didn't have any tattoos yet and didn't really enjoy alt-country music. One night, the girlfriend (god bless her) said hey, this friend of mine is in a band, let's go see the show I think you'll really like it! And we get there and the band sounds kind of like a low-rent Lightning Bolt, and I go up to him after the show thinking I'll flash some cred, and I say hey, you ever hear of this band called Lightning Bolt? And the guy's like Yeah, the guitarist is Lightning Bolt's brother! DNA-sniffing, derivative piece of crap.
